I am from what is now Lakewood, WA. I now live in Gold Bar, WA. I started in flight simulation with Falcon 3.0 on a 486 processor PC around 1991 if I remember correctly. I then upgraded to Microsoft Flight Simulator 5.1 (probably circa 1995) when I bought my brand new AST Adventure! 6066D running MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 3.11! It should be noted I paid over $1000 for that computer then! Going through the rest of the Microsoft Flight Simulators to FSX and now fly using X-Plane 11! I have X-Plane 12 installed but haven\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t used it much as it worked initially but now it won\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t run. I just haven\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'t taken the time to re-install it and the aircraft. (I still like to fly old MS FS2004 and FS2002 every once in a while too!) I have been flying online with VATSIM for many years and have over 4800 hours \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"online\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" but now I prefer FSAcars to flying online these days - that way I avoid all the drama that has cropped up over the last decade flying online with VATSIM. I have held positions in different virtual airlines from assistant hub manager, hub manager, Cargo Operations Chief, Chief Pilot, and to Executive positions in virtual airline management such as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive Officer. I am currently filling the Chief Operations Officer position for Peak due to my health issues going on now. I truly love this hobby and love assisting people in enjoying this hobby as much as I do.
